I started my first consulting firm right after I finished my university studies at Pacific Lutheran University, in Seattle USA. My first client was the Swedish National Defense College and my assignment was to initiate and carry out various activities, seminars, roundtable discussions and courses to facilitate cooperation between civilian and military actors in UN peacekeeping operations. That assignment went on for three years and was the starting point for my profile as a consultant in start-up and growth and in change management and paradigm shifts.

Over the years, I have initiated and driven change in various industries, both in the private and public sector, in international development cooperation and civil society both in Sweden and internationally.

I am a certified NLP coach, NLP Business Master Practitioner, according to INLPTA – International NLP Trainers Association and have since 2015 coached over 1200 individuals, both individually and in groups.

I have a BA in ‘Global Studies’ from Pacific Lutheran University, Seattle and have also studied at Long Island University Global in England and Kenya. I travel to East Africa as often as possible, have lived on the island of Lamu in Kenya and consider it a second home country.
